615 Stars generates and facilitates review links to third-party review platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.). While we provide these links, we do not control these third-party platforms, their policies, or how they handle reviews. Any reviews submitted through these platforms are subject to their respective terms of service and policies. 615 Stars is not responsible for removal, rejection, or modification of reviews by third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, graphics, and branding associated with 615 Stars, including but not limited to the 615 Stars logo, name, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to PorcelainSky LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any 615 Stars intellectual property without prior written permission from PorcelainSky LLC.
7. Limitation of Liability
615 Stars and PorcelainSky LLC are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of 615 Stars, including loss of profits or business interruption.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in any conduct we deem harmful to 615 Stars or its users.
